About The Pelican Bead Store

The pelican Bead Store is a young and growing online bead store. We stock glass bead mixes, findings, artisan beads, beadsmith tools and much more.

We also specialise in jewellery making kits that have all the supplies you need along with a book of instructions to get you started.

We do not as yet have a brick and mortar store but that may change in the next few weeks, so sign up to our blog to be kept up to date on any news. We hope you enjoy browsing our online store and if we can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Your privacy is of importance to us. We will not sell or disclose your details to a third party.

Information that we may collect to process your order includes:

• Name

• Address

• Email Address

• Phone Number

All online order payments are processed through paypal or google checkout. You can choose at the checkout stage. If you are having any problems or have any questions call us on 07745 726192. We do not see any card or account numbers.

If you use our phone or fax service then we will collect your card details purely for the processing of your payment for your order. All card numbers etc will be destroyed and disposed of once your order has been processed

Should you subscribe to our newsletter, please note that you can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe button that is with each email

 

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all our postal needs. All items are sent 1st Class, recorded delivery or special delivery dependant on it's size and value.

 

Our charges for delivery is £1.00 for all orders up to £4.99.

All orders between £5 and £14.99 postage is charged at £1.95.

All orders between £15 and up to £35.00, postage is charged at £2.50.

Orders over £35 carry no delivery charge.

If you have not received your order within 5 days please do get in touch with us. Please note that Royal Mail do not class items as missing until 15 days has passed.

Please note that at this time we only post within the EU. All customers outside the UK will be laible for any tax, duty or import charges that may be due on their order.

 

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order or it is damaged please do get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may offer you a replacement, or a refund.

In either case please do get in touch within 7 days

If for any reason at all you change your mind about your order, you can cancel within 7 working days from when you receive the goods. We will refund the purchase price of the item within 21 days. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the item.

Items should be unused and undamaged. Please use a recorded delivery service as we can not refund items that we do not receive.
